• 125ml aperol
• 1g alginate, blended with an immersion blender and left to rest for 1/2h in the fridge. Removed the foam.

Bathroom:

• 250ml water,
• 2g calcium lactate.

You put the aperol mic in pipettes or syringes and drop them into the bathroom from about 20cm away. If they become transparent or do not sink to the bottom, change the distance or apply more pressure. Collect with a strainer and immerse the strainer in room temperature water.
